Policy I GLOBALMISSIONS
We must become actively involved in mission issues affecting the world by attacking global issues such as HIV/AIDS that are threatning our world's existence. We must increase awareness and effectiveness of the missions department through all of our public relations efforts.

Policy II URBANMINISTRY
We are biblically mandated to address the sundry needs of urban communities through Christ centered ministries such as housing, economic development, family, prison and others that promote wholeness, spirituality and empowerment.

Policy III INTERGOVENMENTALRELATIONS
We must establish a political entity that (a) has the ability to influence government, (b) holds elected officials accountable, and (c) petitions acquisitions of resources including financing of other services.

Policy IV LOCALCHURCH GROWTH
We must endeavor to assist in the growth of the local church. We must accomplish this through (1) practical principles for local church growth, (2 a pastoral development manual (3) a retirement pension and benevolence plan (4) judicial policy safeguarding national liability, and (5) church financing services and national church marketing plan.

Policy V PASTORAL andLEADERSHIP TRAINING
We must train, coach, develop, mentor, and empower all and future pastors and leaders through training and the development of programs to prepare them to win the world at large by improving life for others

Policy VI TECHNOLOGY
We must change, impact, enhance and influence ministry by engineering the flow of communication utilizing 21st century technology.

Policy VII HEALTHandHUMAN DEVELOPMENT
We must develop a Christ centered health plan inclusive of prevention and holistic health care internationally.

Policy VIII EDUCATION
We must develop a viable and functioning National Department of Education whose primary purpose is to address the academic, moral and spiritual needs of students K-12, College and continuing education.

Policy IX THE NEXT 30YEARS
We must develop beneficial programs that will attract and well as retain our present constituency and address the administrative needs of our global church.

Policy X PUBLICRELATIONSandMARKETING
We must communicate our core values and underscore our message with professionalism and relevance by establishing and Office of Communication.

Policy XI NEW STREAMSofREVENUE
We must tap into new streams of revenue such as (a) corporate sponsorships, (b) grants, (c) endowments (d) charitable giving to support ministries both international and local.
